The Government of Manitoba lists its open postings on jobsearch.gov.mb.ca. If you want them as rows in a spreadsheet, or a daily list of only the new ones filtered by department, location or salary, here is how.

Free first: the public RSS feed

• The job site publishes public RSS feeds for all positions and for each job category. Anyone can add them to an RSS reader for free, with no login.
• If a feed reader is all you need, use that.

This tool is for people who want the feed as structured rows (salary as numbers, dates, department) with filters, and optionally a scheduled "only new" list.

What you get

Our Manitoba Government Jobs Scraper (Canada) on Apify reads the public RSS job feed (one request per run), for all positions or one category, and returns one row per posting:

• Advertisement number, title, classification and job type
• Department and location
• Salary as shown, plus annual min and max numbers (empty for hourly or bi-weekly pay)
• Equity advertisement type and posting type
• Posted date, closing date and language
• A link to the posting and the OpenMB licence attribution

It does not open job pages, so there is no description, duties, qualifications or how-to-apply text; open the link for those. No contact names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

How to get Manitoba government jobs as rows

1. Open the actor on Apify. The prefilled input {"category": "all", "maxItems": 20} returns up to 20 postings.
2. Pick a category: all or one category feed, for example information-technology or health-social-services.
3. Filter if you want: titleKeywords, excludeKeywords, departments, locations, jobTypes, language (en or fr), minSalary (CAD per year), closingWithinDays, postedWithinDays.
4. Run, then export as CSV, JSON or Excel, or read the dataset through the API.
5. For a daily list, turn on onlyNew and add a schedule. Later runs return and charge only postings you have not received before (memory in a key-value store named manitoba-gov-jobs-memory in your own Apify account).

Limits

• Only the facts in the feed. Values are kept as the feed shows them; French postings keep the French text.
• A small, focused feed: Manitoba provincial government postings only.
• Reads robots.txt first; 2 requests per run, at least 2.5 seconds apart. Please run it at most once a day.
• Contains information from the Government of Manitoba, licensed under the OpenMB Information and Data Use License. Not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Manitoba.
