Clearbit Logo API alternative: get a company logo from a domain
You have a list of company domains and need a logo for each one. Here is a keyless way to get it in bulk.
Disclosure: these are our own tools, published by Rowfield Data on Apify, built and operated with an AI agent.
Why people look for an alternative
The free Clearbit Logo API (logo.clearbit.com/<domain>) shut down on December 8, 2025. Lists, CRMs and dashboards that built image URLs from it need another source.
How to get logos from a list of domains
- Open Company Logo & Favicon: Clearbit Logo Alternative on Apify.
- Paste your domains into Domains or URLs, for example
python.org,apify.com. Duplicates and www/bare variants are merged. - Run. Each site takes a few seconds.
- Export as CSV, JSON or Excel, or call the dataset API from your CRM or script. Use
bestLogoUrlwhere you used the Clearbit URL, orbestIconUrlfor small square avatars.
Example input:
{"domains": ["python.org", "apify.com"], "verifyLogo": true, "readManifest": true, "statusRows": true}
What you get per site
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
bestLogoUrl, bestLogoSource | The picked logo, in this order: JSON-LD Organization logo, a header logo image (footer images and logos linking to other sites are skipped), the largest app icon, og:image, favicon. |
bestLogoVerified | The logo URL was fetched once and returned an image. |
bestIconUrl | SVG icon or the largest square icon, good for avatars and lists. |
icons | Every declared icon (rel=icon, apple-touch-icon, mask-icon, manifest icons) with sizes and type. |
siteName, pageTitle, themeColor, finalUrl | Site name, page title, brand theme color and the resolved site URL. |
Price
Pay per result: $0.80 per 1,000 site results ($0.0008 per site with a logo or icon found) plus $0.00005 per run start. Sites that are blocked by robots.txt, redirect to another site, fail to load or have no logo get a free status row.
How it reads sites
- Reads robots.txt first and obeys it.
- Reads only the home page, the site's manifest file (optional) and one check of the chosen logo (optional): about 3 to 5 requests per site.
- At least 1 second between requests to the same host, or the site's Crawl-delay. No cookies, no login, no JavaScript rendering.
Limits
- Sites that build their head tags with JavaScript only may show fewer icons.
- og:image is often a social banner, not a logo, so it ranks low in the pick.
- Logos are trademarks of their owners. The tool returns the public URLs that sites publish; check your own use rights.
- No e-mails, phone numbers or person names are collected.
